There's an option for it (mine's set for a NOT VANILLA pic I made) but it doesn't show up anywhere as far as I can see. In other forum software I'm familiar with, the 'profile photo' is typically larger than the avatar and shows when you look at someone's profile. Here, it's just pulling up the avatar on the profile page.
