One Day at a Time

I was reminded of this show because Bonnie Franklin has been in the news recently due to poor health, unfortunately. This was a mid-70s show that I watched a lot the first year it was on, only because of the women on it. It starred Bonnie Franklin as a divorced woman and her two teen daughters, Valerie Bertinell and Mackenzie Phillips. For virtually the entire first season, it seemed to me, Franklin only wore tight thin sweaters braless, her bobbling tits and protruding nipples the main reason I watched, along with the two daughters, who were of age by the end of the show’s run. It also starred Pat Harrington as the building superintendent, who constantly entered the apartment unannounced with his passkey and made frequent sexual remarks to Franklin. So he was super creepy. In my mind, it was clear that he was creeping in to the apartment to catch them alone or undressed or both. I have no specific episode that I “re-wrote”, just the general fantasy of Harrington snooping through the drawers and lingerie, perhaps making peepholes and mostly just trying to catch Franklin and the later-of-age daughters naked or vulnerable and wear them down and fuck one or all of them.
