I know FR, it was a joke, though I could go through the litany of all the healthy and fit people that have dropped like flies at a similar age, and a few a lot younger, such as that footballer Muamba from a couple of years ago, and even more tragically from a decade ago, Marc Vivian Foe, ex of Manchester City and West Ham, just to name two of many.

Truth is, no matter how you live you life, it comes to an end, the important thing is to live it in a way that makes you happy as much as possible, which means if that if you enjoy lifting weights, then good for you, if it means that you are more into exercising the mind, like me, then that is equally good. Each to their own.

For my build type I am fairly healthy, walking a couple of miles to work, unloading pallets and lorries for seven hours and then walking the couple of miles, all without having a heart attack or collapsing in a puddle of pain lol.

The weird thing is, most of my family, uncles, aunts, cousins and ancestors, have all been of similar build, yet upon average have lived well into their seventies, I think the youngest of my mum and dads siblings, was late fifties, and that was a heart attack, and to be honest, and a little maudlin, the way the developed world treats their elderly, I'll take ending at sixty over fading in away unwanted in a care home at eighty anyday of the week, in fact I would rather go next week than that.
