Oh I still like the fighting. And I agree about a lot of the rule changing being shite. But I hate ending a game in a tie. I always have. I am competitive that way. I want to win not draw. If there were a better way to make sure there was a true winner I would be all for it. keep playing till one of the goalies gives in to exhaustion or reconvene another day.. but until then I hate ties. Its like fucking without an orgasm.

I don't like the idea of a tie either, but a SO win is hardly a win. Its like fucking and faking an orgasm - to use your analogy. I think they should just keep playing as well, 4 on 4 OT, and if that doesn't solve anything, 3 on 3 OT most likely will. It's a hassle for networks to schedule around extended games like that though.

After those two goals the Wings gave up on turnovers by that idiot Kindle be greatful we didn't give St. Louis the full two points! That comeback for the 3-2 shootout win over the Blues after being down 2-0 proved one thing...DATSYUK RULES!!!!!!!

Losing 2-1 to the Jersey Devils when needing 2 points to mantain the 4th seed bad!
Though the loss wasn't that big of a surprise after having to play St. Louis the day before on the road. Gotta love the scheduling...NOT!!!!!!!

I'm still giggling because the Torturella (Or however he spells it) called th Pens the most arrogant team in the NHL. Pot kettle much? I will agree that Crosby is a bit of a whiner. But he is our whiner and if he were their whiner he wouldn't complain. Malkin a whiner? Psh.. he is more likely to stab you with his skate than complain. Whatever.. bunch of sore losers.

I feel you, although we should of had zero problems with the Flames the other night. I'm just glad I went to the game where we won and I got to bang on the glass for every goal. Hopefully the Coilers don't give us any trouble tonight.

I laughed when I saw him going off about that. The kneeing penalty was pretty bad though, no denying that. But my first thought was "when did the Pens start being the most arrogant and whiney team in the league? I thought that was reserved for the canucks?" oh hockey drama. Glad you guys won that game though, helped our team out a bit.
