Let's say your rape plans happened without any kind of problems, and you'll probably get away with it.

You victim's lying on the floor, accepting her situation, just waiting for you to go. Would you like to have a look at her Id so you know who she is ?

Is it important for a rapist to name his memories ?

Yeah, I'd definitely take her ID and make sure I remember her. For me it's pretty much a requirement to make the memory as complete as possible.

It's also a bonus if I can film/photograph the..."event" as well.

Yes so she knows that I know were she lives and pictures are a must and maybe her panties as well.

Maybe even note down her mobile phone number so I can call her up now and then from random pay phones, tell her I'm watching her, ask her if she'd like another visit from me, that sort of thing.
