Yeah, I imagine someone could possibly handcuff me to the bed without waking me up if he did it slowly and carefully, but gagging me might have to be done as I was waking up. That would be just as good.

Was just trying to develope the fantasy a little. My next suggestion was going to be that once the guy had his way, he tells the boss anyway.
