Thich Nath Hanh is a Buddhist monk.
Buddhist people believe one of the greatest source of pain is that tendency we have to 'grab' things, in order to make sure they happen again. We have a very hard time to 'let go'. They believe it is opposed as what the nature does. When a bird fly over a lake, the water let its reflection go away without trying to keep it.
