First one then the other. Rape, for me, means always being taken by surprise (this goes for date rape too!) so holding me down for the initial act is paramount. I'm going to go with "it depends." And I'm not trying to take the chickenshit way out here either.

If it was something opportunistic I'd go for hands only. After all, it's only a quickie to get my rocks off.

On the other hand, should this be someone I'd done some research on, I'd prefer to have the ropes with. Maybe start out with just brute force, but end the end, I'd want my victim tied up to some extent. At least to keep her hands out of the way. Bedposts would be good for this but I'd also go for hands tied behind the back. Better yet would be elbows tied as well to make her stand out more.

As for the legs - they have to be loose. After all, nothing is free these days. A guy has to work for his pleasure. But maybe after my first round I'd tie them up as well. Tied up is my preference, though if it had to be a quick job, I'd have no problem holding them down. Tied up is better because if I'm actually going to commit to the act, I'm going to want to enjoy using their body as much as possible. The victim is more vulnerable, easier to go for more than one round... and basically there is no hope of escape. A lot of victims say they want it quick and rough, but everyone knows this is what round two or three is all about, because you can pound the shit out of them for hours leaving them dry.
