doesnt it annoy you when a girl says that?

she is apprehensive about admiting to wanting rape, when you would love to make it true for her. it must be easier to admit to wanting to be the victim than being the attacker, mustn't it? because wanting to be the attacker can make you appear like a potential offender, true?

I am now pretty much convinced that all women have rape fantasies now. I am yet to find one that doesn't.

I don't know where you meet your girlfriends but it isn't the norm.

I think most women have thought about the possibility of it and what they'd do. Have you ever thought about getting mugged? Does it arouse you? Probably not but the thought has crossed your mind at some point.

I think as well most girls probably think about rougher sex, but again its not for everyone. Rape fantasies I doubt are that popular. Certainly not with friends of mine. It may be if you hang about with a certain kind of person all the time though.

But in my experience that statement is very untrue. Completely the opposite to be honest.

I think the validity of this statement hinges on sample size. If the answer to that is one (or, in all seriousness, less than six or seven), then there is no logical validity whatsoever. If this number is in the hundreds or thousands, then you may be on to something.

Personally, I've met two that answered in the affirmative. That's over more than 20 years and a lot more than two women. So your mileage may vary.

I do believe that most women love certain aspects of the rape fantasy, however they are more turned on by the thought of a buff, gorgeous stud of their choosing not taking no for an answer than the hard and brutal reality of real rape.

What woman doesnt like the idea of being so damn sexy that the fine ass man of your dreams has to unleash his masculine power because he must have you? Women have been conditioned since day one of their lives that they are not suppose to initiate sex and that men should have to work for them and try to get it, and the women must deny him, make him work for it. The sexy common rape fantasy is a direct creation of this learned role that we believe is how sexual relationships work. We want the man, but we are taught we can't "get" him, so we fantasize he comes to us and unleashes in us our sexuality without compromising our "good girl" role.

I dont know how many women the above applies to in this day and age, but it still applies to a vast majority.

However...in the above fantasy, the man of our dreams comes and takes and we have no choice but to submit to our desires and let him have us.

Thats the type of rape fantasy most common women will share, and to them, thats is a rape fantasy. So, in that aspect, most women have rape fantasy.

Most of these women wont admit this because "Rape" is a taboo word. Also, they are afraid that admitting this may seem like an invitation to get raped for real.

But, there is so many different kinds of rape fantasy.

The hard brutal real type of rape fantasy is atypical. Not many women will fantasize about being choked, beaten, gang raped, killed.

Not many women look at a good looking man and wonder if he has a violent past, wonder if he has ever commited an assault, wonder if he has a lust for violent sex....and get turned on by it. Thats me pretty much.

There are even some women who go out and look for it. They look for danger. They look for a violent man and they like to gamble.

Very important distinctions being made by ChiTown - and the other responders...

Online role play makes it easier to sublimate the inhibitions - it is "safe" because the participants are not in the same room, physically connected. Chat may get rougher than one or both of the participants might want in person, yet still be acceptable...

Real life role play is another story. Participants must get to know each other. Safe words may need to be established, especially at the beginning of a relationship. After much intimacy is shared, you may come to know your partner enough that such safety stops are rarely used. (You may pick up on the distinction between real and feigned use of the word "No" for instance...) These safety stops must always be honored, however.

Trust between partners in a real life role playing relationship can not be overvalued. It makes more things possible and adds to the excitement.

Acting out a predetermined script can never compare to mutual give and take.

I think what GOATBOY is saying can be mixed compatibly with ChiTownHoney's statement. Most women do seem to want to be freed from inhibitions in a certain way. One that removes the responsibility from them for being "too slutty" or whatever society has built up inside their heads...

But fantasy and roleplay do not equal a reality that will brutalize...

I personally like to act forcefully sometimes in sexual situations, but would never force the action beyond what a partner would tolerate.

B & D may be very exciting to me, yet S & M is not...

I agree most women probably have dirty thoughts and have thought about things being a little rough. I don't agree most women have fantasised about the being dragged into the woods kicking and screaming.

Theres a fine line between thinking of something and fantasising over it. Or actually wanting to do it.

- I have thought about being hung up naked in ropes because its something I've seen on this forum, yet I haven't fantasised or wanted to do it.

- I have thought about and fantasised about being with a woman because I think everyone gets curious at one time or another and it could be quite sexy. I've never seriously wanted to do it because its not really in my makeup.

- I have thought about and fantasised about being naked and having numerous men stare and poke me with things. I actually would like to try this out some day.

So theres 3 extremes. Have all women thought about being raped. Probably. Have women fantasised about it. The number gets less. Would any really want to? The number is limited to very few I would imagine.
