yeah, siggy put it well...i kinda side with both opinions.....like, i know that mds will make a good mod, but i think that there just may of been better general choices.....dont get me wrong, im happy to see her become a mod, i ust think that others deserved it more for the work theyve done around here.....namely jasmine, she practically kept the board alive single handedly when we almost died.....but whats done is done, and i still offer my congratulations to my good friend MDS

The last time I checked, this forum was for ADULTS! What's with all the drama? This kind of drama should have died when we all became adults. Why do people even want to be a mod in the first place? Oh, you think it'll be great sitting there and helping contribute to the board don't you? You think that it'll be so sweet having all that power don't you?

Well let me tell you, when I had MY message board I loved the power too. The power to change everything with a single click. The power to change the mods list at will. Absolute control. Anyone want to take a guess at how my board is doing? Anyone at all? No? Well, the board no longer exists. It is because there was so much drama there that people stopped posting. (yeah there were other reasons but that was a big one.) Now I don't truly know how the mods are selected. I'm being told two different things - one from the mods and another from somewhere else - and I'm sick of the drama it causes. We need to settle things, not just voice our opionion and be done with it. The rowdy room gives us that option and I think that there should be more threads in there where we hash out the real drama, not just the fake stuff.

Of all the message boards I've ever been on this one USED TO rank #1. There was good posts, surprisingly nice members, good movies, good everything. Pratically paradise. Now I'm slowly starting to see it die, and I don't want this to happen! Please guys, hash out all the drama and be done with it! This way new people will be on longer and contribute more to the forum.

What about me? Well, if things continue to go the way they are going I might join everyone and take a break from the forum. I'll even go so far as to edit all my posts in my movies thread to where you can't download anything from me anymore, THAT'S HOW PISSED OFF I AM ABOUT THIS!

Now I like the admin, and I have yet to see him/her involved in these type of threads where there is drama. And I truly hope I'm right in that last statement, because if I'm not then you'll see another LONGER rant about how STUPID all of this SHIT is.

Well, I'm glad I was right. After spening 10 minutes looking at ALL of admin's posts, I saw NONE where s/he was involved with ANY BOARD DRAMA!

What do you think that means? Well, at the risk of repeating myself again, STOP THE FUCKING DRAMA OR AT LEAST HASH ALL OF IT OUT!

I shouldn't have to post this, in fact none of this should be happening (warning, there is an extremely long rant inside of me. there shall be no drama other than rowdy room or else I will go nuclear on your asses.)

Folks Please...support our Mods whoever they end up being as we may not like the selections but need to be adult enough to accept it and go along with it okay??!

MDS has the sensitivty to not jump on someone hard and rudely(unlike myself) and she can deal with all types of people nicely and that is a rare assest! So...lets give her a chance and support our other Mods as well...THANK YOU!!
