In regards to the malware, I think you can be certain which sites to avoid by looking at the descriptions. I find that at least 90 percent of time, problems or misrepresentation can be avoided by clicking the right links. Don't for example look for the site that says something like this:

Rachel Steele XXX fun hot blonde sucking good cock my sister sleeps with my dad

But sometimes it may be very misleading:

rachel steele download im your mother I'm your mother fast download


Things like that obviously lead to some other site and the keywords are what allow that site to be clicked. It's not google's fault, rather these "bad" sites exploit unsuspecting users.

Also, you will need to look at the website links itself at the bottom alongside the descriptions. If for example, the description says "rachel steele download"

and the website is http://www.xxx4vids.com.az/f23954288gfdfg

It's a certainty that the website is fake.


I did a quick search on google (no links clicked though) and I do realize there are a bunch of search results that are indoubtedly misleading.

Yes you can use HJSplit to join the files.
