My friend for cut and join and at same time save as mkv or whatever format or resolution you prefer best program is without doubt Wondershare filmora that you find easy in torrent sites i recomend version 8 that have mutch more options then version 9

Veedub 64 do the job too but not with so many options and easy to work then Wondershare Filmora
