So if 16 may be age of consent doesn't matter as well. Around here it's 18 years, no younger.

OK - I'm an old fart, my days as a rabble rousing questioner of all authority are dim memories so what do you expect BUT:
moderators have to err on the side of caution. Our little playground here is smack dab in the middle of a fine line between fantasy and felony, We are left alone largely because of the insistence of moderators and other powers that be that we NEVER EVER under any circumstances cross over certain lines. The surest way to get our collective asses covered deeply in doodoo is to do say or even hint at anything that has a faint whiff of kiddyporn. Sure, this case was overkill. The only underage reference was to a kid WITNESSING the act. Moreover he could have been a high school kid and therefore likely of legal age. But if there is any possibility of the most sensitive reader seeing it as a child reference, then go with the mod who gives the warning. It is for the benefit of us all.
