the last time i have got a problem like this one it was more the two years ago...this should says all...
it's just because i have got an experince i saved my ass for a new infection...beh let me tell you something....

I never got this kind of problems opening a picture hosted on Hotlinkimage...

as i stated i do not think it's your fault...i just can advice you others pic-hosts...more safe-full then the ones you use...

1) Imagevenue
2) Stooorage
3) Obrazok
4) Pixshock

There are others btw...but the ones i adviced you works fine...without pop-ups and spywares.
