Sexiest Wikipedia article or what?

Imagine if these were brought back for minor crimes. "The solution to a beleaguered prison system!" or something like that. It would be great for non-violent offenders: two hours of humiliation and they can get on with their lives.

The thing should be in front of City Hall, somewhere nice and public. Maybe on an elevated platform, with a webcam broadcasting 24/7. A security guard could be assigned to make sure nothing really bad happens...but you know, budget cuts.

Sometimes there's no guard around and somebody's going to get gang-raped on camera. For more minor crimes, a lenient judge can allow the convicted some sort of mask so their humiliation doesn't follow them forever.
