Hi there. I can't really help you with the first two, but the third one (woman with glasses and pantyhose) is from STC-011, jav video. Pretty sure all the links for that one got deleted on this website, didn't have much luck looking for it on akiba-online. There's still a few active torrents for it if you google it, I'm checking one right now at the moment

Update: Actually, I seem to remember Fanboys' New Extreme Rape Videos of Amazing Teens thread having that video, or something very similar to it, but its been a while since I looked at his thread and all preview pics seem to have been taken down
