I have no idea why the board was down! - Rape Board

Just wanted to say that have have no clue as to why the board was down the last couple of days. I think it was something to do with the servers that are located somewhere in Eastern Europe.

There was a comment on another forum that somebody in charge here was new and did not know what the hell they were doing.
