This was somewhat subverted in "The Dark Knight Strikes Again", where Superman rough-fucks Wonder Woman (she's strong enough to survive it).

Or, to turn the scenario on its head, find a way to cancel out a heroine's superpowers, and rape her while she's normal strength. Again, Wonder Woman is the usual victim ...

I like the spiderman idea, never thought of that! Damn nice. :P However, I'm baffled by why the invisble-man idea hasn't popped up here already. She can hear you, she's obviously afraid, you're stalking her, for hours on hours end before finally nailing her and making use of her.
