Stalin. With his removal perhaps Trotsky or Bukharin would have led a slightly less brutal Soviet Regime. Hitler being removed would have changed nothing in Europe, except maybe someone more ruthless and effective being in charge...

Pearl Harbour, without that the US might not have become th emodern day version of Rome that I am afraid it is heading toward.
