Like I said nothing wrong with personal experience being your way to reach a conclusion and judgement for those individuals that have in fact wronged you.

When I was a lot younger like 18-19, I got hassled a time or two once for being in the wrong place at the wrong time of day. The other likely that I was just a young guy and that was it.

I don't even feel I should judge those police officers negatively. It is a tough job they do and for the most part they deal with a negative element in society everyday from what I see. I know there is a bad apple or two but all should be judged individually.

in my country i have got to swallow a lot of crap...especially in places like stadiums or politic events as safe protests...
beh...you can't immagine what kind of "stuff" i saw with my own eyes...over and over again...for years and years...
my friend...i'm not talking of an individual...but of a group of people...and trust me that's different.

No, if a riot broke out, odds are I would be leading it, or in it, or observing it - I certainly wouldn't call the police to crush it. Nor would I be in attendance at a sporting event. Regarding traffic, hopefully drivers can recall the information from their drivers' manuals to remember right-of-way and signalling even without traffic signals.

I will not call the cops neither...but in some situations they can be helpful...specially for help drivers in emergency.

It's just that in order for a group to work effectively there has to be someone who is "in charge" or organizing it and keeping track of things.

It is not someone in charge that is needed. It is a line drawn for boundries and policies set. Laws somewhat handle the boundries but the policy part is where most any country not just the USA, needs some type of goverment leadership even if it comes from a dictator.

Now a policy maker...or policy makers....take your pick which works the best. Democracy is slow but should represent a larger group. A good dictator like centuries ago a good royal leadership can also be effective and good for the people.

Yes anarchy is not the answer but it is deeper than someone in charge.
