He had waited till she flung the door open, clearly amused at the pissed off expression on her face and that was when the plan went out the window. Originally Jon had been thinking along the lines of talking for a few moments and then springing forward before she had a moment to react, but the fact she had her face wrinkled in distain only went to piss him off.
