Irreversible is only one I've seen from those that have been mentioned in this thread and it is almost too realistic for my taste...

Guess I could check out Tucata and Base Moi if I even find those from this board.

Edit: Checked those out and the screams in Baise Moi were rather disturbing even.

Yeah... as far as "known" scenes go... it`gotta be irreversible... although i think the Rosario Dawson scene in Descent is pretty realistic too, even though its mostly sounds and her face...

Porn rape scenes are not realistic because of bad acting and also as soon as oral is introduced, i find they totally lose any credibility. Defiance of Good is probably the most realistic XXX rape scene i've seen

I agree here that the whole "rapist-oral" thing is ridiculous.

I also find the russian soldier rape scene to be pretty good. I can reup it if there's interest still ?

In terms of mainstream, I think Deathwish II has some pretty realistic rape scenes.

In terms of rape porn, I think the Attackers Slave Island Japanese series are really good. Not every single scene is realistic, but there is some really good acting in that series. I like how it is not just plain screaming throughout the rapes but women crying and trying to "not cry". Great acting.
