This shows all the ages of consent in most countries in the world

IE: in Argentina a male can be 13 but the female has to be 16, like the equality.

The website is good for a laugh in all the extremes that some countries have with there age of consents

It isn't just countries; it varies from state to state in the US. Now that is really confusing!

Tunisia and Madagascar have the age of consent at 20 and 21 respectively. I'm surprised that they have a population. Also seems like they would have the highest number of rapists in these places. I'll bet this law is the most broken law in these places, unless there is a death penalty that goes along with breaking the age of consent law. The places that consent is between the ages of 13 and 15; it's a miracle that they don't have an over population explosion. Interesting find CH.

Obviously, that don't have any matter with demographics. In my country all three categories are at 14, and we have a negative demography. People practice sex, nobody wants children. For all that sex in highschools, I don't read in statistics about many teenage mothers.

Yeah i have to agree on that one, i would like a women with breasts not surfboard chest, admiting that you want to head to spain for 13 y.o's is "a bit pedo".

Plus 'bugger' paying for all the icecreams you would have to buy them afterwards, thought it would be cheap if you take them to places on a date you would only have to pay child rates.

Anyhow - remember that a long time ago, people were married a LOT earlier (like in the middle ages). That is, women were routinely married by 13 (life expectancy was shorter too). And they had kids a LOT earlier (probably by 14 - 15). And it was perfectly acceptable.

People were considered responsible adults by the time they were teenage. And by 20, they were mid-life.

So once again, its a matter of culture that defines what's acceptable and what's not.

In my mind .. if its she's too young then she's somewhat androgenous - and that skeeves me some.

well I think its 18 in most of the usa to have sex but getting married itis different in each state as is how close a relitive
