Realistic Scenarios - Rape Board

I am in the midst of writing a story and i need realistic ideas of how a college student could be blackmailed into sex by another college student. I have been trying to come up with some ideas, but sadly I can't get passed the whole "Oh, no...he caught me plagiarizing." Any ideas would be greatly appreciated..

There are a lot of girls that strip that really aren't proud of doing it, I knew 2 personally. Both from impoverished families that have high religious backgrounds, they made it to college on scholarships but have little left over for other essentials. Stripping takes a couple hours a week versus a min wage job that takes time away from studies and pays jack shit.
Or maybe it's an ivy league school that would frown upon such publicity leaking out.

Depends on rather the girl thinks the professor loves her as she does him and he promises to leave his wife, but not sure how to leave the kids.. shed be played twice in this one..

Wow I really love this question and totally understand what you're trying to do. One of my biggest pet peeves is reading a story that goes so far into fantasy it become totally unbelievable. I can't tell you how many stories I've begun reading and suddenly the girl is cumming and having a great time! What? I thought it was suppose to be rape. I particularly love a good blackmail story but only if it is realistic and if I don't dislike the girl or feel she's partially responsible.

Most of the stories I've written are about blackmail and I always try to picture myself in the story to see how I would react. I think the biggest mistake when someone is writing a story and they take a tiny thing like say plagiarism and use that to rape and humiliate a woman within an inch of her life! Sorry, but what student hasn't plagiarized at least sections of other peoples work? It's not like they're going to jail if they get caught.

A brief scenario of a story I wrote was about a woman who worked as a receptionist in an office of all men. Her boss was a male chauvinist and wouldn't promote a woman to a higher position. Anyways she was frustrated because she would often end up training new guys 10 years her junior and every guy in there became her superior. She was required to get into the office an hour earlier then everyone else to turn on the lights and make coffee and leave only after everyone else had left to turn off the lights and make sure the offices were presentable in the morning.

She's a nice woman but she had come to play on the internet after hours as she couldn't afford her own service at home. She eventually finds herself on an adult website with adult stories, nothing too extreme and probably pretty tame for most but she does find them a little titllating. One day she's sitting in the dark but for the light from her computer and a couple other lights and she realizes she is touching herself as she reads the story and fast forward she does masturbate. Fast forward again the boss has a hidden camera ........ and that's where it starts. The important part is he doesn't make her do anything extreme at first, mostly just had her on her knees, maybe a spanking, but not rape! That doesn't come until she realizes he has taped the spankings and maybe some partial nudity. Blackmail must start out small where she thinks if she does this one little thing it will end. She doesn't find out until later that he has also taped that which she seemed to be doing willingly and that's when he can go a little further and so on and so on.

Sorry to have gone on and on but I really relate to this question.

She is out drinking with friends, maybe you are one of those friends, maybe not. Driving back to campus, she hits someone and drives off in a panic. If you are in the car, she knows you witnessed it. If you go to the cops, she is arrested, thrown in jail, loses her license, kicked out of school, loses her scholarships, might do a few years in prison.

And she's a divorced or widowed lady, living alone, day to day...lonely, but with a decent job and life.

Until one day that she forgets to lock her door, and a stranger passing by her little town notices her, maybe working as a waitress at the local Denny's or Outback.

So he follows her around a little, all in secret, and checks out her routine. So one night, during a thunderstorm, when the power goes out (damn that midwestern weather!), he breaks in and rapes her. All night long. He degrades her and uses his dick on all her holes...something no one, not even her deceased husband had ever done.

Maybe going with the pharmacy/nursing/med school theme, our victim is in her 'internship' phase, where she is actuallyhandling drugs/patients for real - that would certainly seem to be a plausible time to fabricate 'evidence' against her that could be used as blackmail ammo.

Even in 'internship' situations, the law still holds the person accountable - and medical-based law is some of the harshest around. Not only would she face massive fines and serious jail time, but the nature (felony) and reason of the convictions would certainly bar her from that field ( and a few other opportuinites) forever. She would never be able to do anything medical-based again, and the fact of a felony conviction would shut other doors to other career fields very firmly.

THAT might be a corner big enough and probable enough to put her into and create blackmail opportunities. Just my thoughts, especially since blackmail is one of my favorite ideas.

I have had one about an 18 yr old who blackmails a nurse. Somehow, she gives him the wrong medication when he is in the hopspital , and it almost kills him. He manages to keep & hide the bottle/vial that she mis-administered. Since it has a serial # from the pharmaceuticals dispenser, it CAN be traced back to her. SO - she agrees to his terms, or the 'terms' she gets from the state will be much more frightening.........

Capturing realism is somewhat difficult for blackmail scenes because there are many options the blackmailed one could take to get out of the situation.

I think the student leaving the scene of an accident after causing it is a plausible one. But you would have to ensure everything fits in place - like how did the blackmailer find out she was involved? If she was seen, why would she take off? And even if she did take off, chances are that she would turn herself in because she'd know it was a matter of time before the authorities caught her... then again in real life people do crazy/stupid things so almost anything can reflect realism if the detail is presented intricately.

Another blackmail scenario I often think about is where a loved one is threatened. "If you don't agree to this, your sister will pay the price" (and present some pictures of her sister to show her that he knows all about her whereabouts, etc.) Or, “I have enough evidence to make sure your mother goes to jail for the rest of her life. You can save her. You just have to do what you are told and everything will be okay". Of course she would need to have a very good relationship with the sister or mother, perhaps even have them being her only living relatives for whom she feels responsible.

This gives her the sense that she is protecting someone. But why wouldn't she simply tell someone in authority of her blackmailer? "If you report me, my friends will have fun with your sister and you will never see her again" or something along those lines.

I think coercion where she is aware of the potential danger, together with blackmail and the potential loss of everything she cares for, may assist in ensuring her fate in a more realistic manner.

I like this too. Look at sites like "seeking arrangement." There are a lot of college girls seeking money from older men. A guy in the dorm who is a reporter for the college paper may have pretended to be an older man and gotten her to send pics and then meet him at a local bar . . . where she will find that he is planning to run a story about her double life . . . unless . . .

Less than that at BYU.

For girls in or entering professional school, as single event could lock them forever out of that profession, as could a bad recomendation from their advisor. Girls in law school might have contact with convicted felons (google the innocence project)

A graduate pharmacy or med school student could get in all kinds of trouble arround controlled sustances.

I know a couple of PhD students who were kicked out their last year because they allowed another student to plagurise.

For a real world example of how bad choices destroyed someone's life, google Kimberly Lindsey.

There's allways the allowing/causing another girl to be taken advantage of when drunk/drugged.
