As we proceeded, the guard stopped by one of the cells and spoke briefly to the inmate inside. He said, "Sara, honey, this guy is our resident Hannibal. He was a copycat criminal who kidnapped, tortured, and raped prostitutes before killing them and dumping their bodies.
