I'm currently the g/f who does this sort of thing. While we've never directly gone into the rape fantasy end of things-- We've slowly been getting there with sex getting more and more rough since we started dating. I have a past history of abuse, and he really likes twisting it up and turning it into a way to push things further (always with me in mind, of course. If I get too upset, he grinds to a halt.) I don't doubt that things will get into more absolute rape play eventually.
