This is something that apparently didn't get much media attention in the US, but probably has at least a million views on Youtube.

A comedian on a Canadian radio show posed as Nicolas Sarkozy, the French (and European Council) President.

There are many things to be noted here, such as what kind of woman is this answering the phone for Palin, how did she not suspect anything in 6 whole minutes, Quebec does not have a Prime Minister, but most importantly....

Sarkosy does not speak English.
