here are many people from different countries and different time zones. what do you think about a clock on the homepage? with it is simply to arrange a meeting.

Which time would the board clock use? I suggested people use G.M.T when they left messages in the 'chat room meet up thread'. Our membership covers the globe, so sometimes I use; http://www.timeanddate.com. You can set up your own clocks, which give you an instant time check from any city you have pre-selected.
