What do you say guys, i mean after all that bad experience, answering those questions in a open court can be very similar to the original experience....what do you say?

Well I like the Brittish idea of media black outs on major felony cases, protects both the victim and the accused from having their names and pictures spread all over the place. Scary to think the Brittish actually have a good legal idea!

The defendant, while acting as his own lawyer, should be allowed to ask her to demonstrate the positions she was allegedly forced to have sex in, while nude.

Oh, and nude photos of her should be distributed in advance to the jurors and the media, including Hustler magazine.

There's a movie idea for 'ya.
Rape victim woman takes her rapist to court. During the trial, the argument is made by the defence that it wasn't really rape since the victim enjoyed it too much. To prove them wrong, the victim's lawyer holds her down while the defendent rapes her again in the court, with the judge, jury, and spectators looking on indifferently. The jury decides that she really did enjoy it and only faked her screams, and the defendent is set free, while the victim lies in a corner weeping.
