Really liked this one with the pretty teacher having her blouse, skirt, fullslip, bra and panties (shame no tan pantyhose) forcefully torn off her but feel that it's a shame that the sound of her struggles and of her clothes being torn was not captured in the clip, the Director missed a trick there.

Not "unfortunately." The dubbed versions are usually crap. The voice actors never really get in to it. I prefer the original voices. Keep up the good work.
