That story was okay. You have a good writing style. Very clear.
If you are up for a bit of constructive criticism though, I found the story uninteresting. I think that was because theres no conflict in it. It was all a bit chocolate box sweet. I sure hope you don't let comments by some members keep you from finishing this. I've done the story thing and it is hard to do. I can see a lot of potential for what you've started here. The best stories require some character development and sometimes it takes a while to do it right the way you did. You can't just condense what you wrote here in a paragraph for the next part.

I hope you reconsider your decision and keep going with this.
