Crossing state lines to have sex with anyone under 18 is federal crime, as is having them cross over, even if it is consensual and...I think? even if both states have lower-than-18 consent ages.

"Back-cuts" is an old kids' term. It means, "I'll let you cut in line--but not in front of me, only behind me." I.e., I'll give you a break--but not anything which costs me position in line!"
