During an interview for a job in Chelsea's store, pretty young Thelma answers the questions all wrong. It quickly becomes apparent that Thelma wants to learn the business from Chelsea, then take what she's learned and open her own store down the street. This isn't the first time this has happened for Chelsea and she recognizes pretty quickly exactly what's going on. Poor Chelsea loses it and soon a surprised Thelma finds her job interview taking a very unexpected turn!
