Okay, enough is enough. This thread should have been moved to a discussion area long ago. The constant bumps are getting on my nerves.

The young “lady” in question came into a porn shoot strung out. Watch the video. Of this, there is no doubt. She immediately got in over her head (no pun intended) and tried to withdraw. For profit or perversion, Max pushed the scene to the max (pun intended).

I agree with some, it’s not rape. Max wasn’t convicted of rape. In my opinion, he was convicted for being arrogantly stupid . He dressed up a drugged out “porn star” to appear to be under aged and then proceeded to tell the world that he was going to “rape her ass”. From a pornography standpoint, I’m more liberal than most. Certainly, I am below the curve as far as any conventional community standards are concerned. But, I consider this production to be obscene and far below my standards of acceptability.

Max is where he should be.
