Island of Death
Movie about a brother and a sister that have an incest relationship and are on a killing spree through Greece. At the end the girl gets raped and her brother just take pictures but then the rapist turns around kicks the brother's ass and rapes him while his sister is smiling (the other rape scenes are in my other topic)
