Well, with you obviously being a man I wouldn't expect you to see why this might be a "disturbing" rape scene.
It wasn't very graphic - something you're apparently looking for - it was still quite intense. One of the most shocking murder scenes I ever saw in a movie was in "Eden Lake" and you didn't actually "see" anything.
The rape scene in "Last House on the Left" (a rather boring movie actually) was believable, it was emotionally disturbing, it was a very hard rape scene in the sense of depicting rape as it actually happens, not as people like to fantasize about it.
Of course ... if you're simply looking for rape porn there's nothing for you to find in that scene.
