People on the other end of the telephone eating while talking!
A guy phoned me on Monday about an interview for a job where I work. I'm on the interview panel. When I took the call, I could hear some odd noises from the other end of the line while we were talking. It was really annoying as I couldn't make out what he was saying. After about 30 seconds, I realized the guy must be chewing something and I said "are you chewing gum?" He replied that he was eating crackers. Eating crackers while talking to me about an interview. Seriously annoyed, I replied "call back when your fucking mouth isn't full" and I hung up.
If he has the balls to show up for the interview tomorrow, he won't be getting a thumbs up from me.
