Interesting ideas, I can see why there were not rape scenes in a number of the mainstream movies mentioned, some would be damaging to the heroin's character, but no harm in letting our imagination run wild. That's why I would pick the horror films, be it a psychotic killer or monsters.

First thing that comes to mind is The Descent, a rare scary movie from this century even without any rape, though the creatures didn't seem to have penises. The Hills Have Eyes really delivered in this department I think. No cheesy explanation about "mating" or whatever, just - the women are hot (and much prettier than any of our mutated females), so let's have sex with them before we murder and eat them. Makes sense!
