You refer to Ulster, I'm sure you mean the artificial creation known as Northern Ireland. Ulster as one of the four historic provinces of Ireland has nine counties, not six. Cavan Donegal and Monaghan were separated at partition to ensure a Unionist majority and preserve the fiction of majority rule.
