Not necessarily. A lot of little girls lose the physical hymen just by being incredibly active. Riding a bicycle or in my case horseback riding can cause it to rupture.
That was a scary day when I was eight and my Hoo Hoo Dilly started bleeding and I flipped the fuck out. Mom took me to the doctor who confirmed her suspicions that I had a partially ruptured hymen.
