No sorry. I have to respetfully disagree. You are not taking into considration the effect more teams have versus the old days when there were only six. So many good players that had potential to be greats if given a chance but with no room for growth the chances disappeared. And the effect of mass media bringing the sport to more people who had never even heard of hockey and the wealth of untapped talent there. No. Today is far more challenging.
