Ok, this is confusing!
Northern Ireland Attorney General, John Larkin in November 2013. "There should be no further police investigations, inquests or inquiries into any relevant killings that took place before the signing of the Good Friday Agreement in 1998".
According to the BBC website yesterday, Northern Ireland Attorney General John Larkin has called for a new investigation in to the killing of 6 IRA members in the New Lodge area of Belfast in 1973.
Still no mention any where of a new investigation in to the Birmingham pub bombings though.
