I've not noticed any news reports of any thing like that. The Queen is generally winding things down, and handing much of the work she has traditionally done over to Charlie and his boys.
I'm wondering, when will Sinn Fein finally accept that for now at least, the Queen is the head of state, have their MPs take their places in parliament, and start serving the people that elected them?
That is probably more important than some imagined symbolism of a joint visit by monarch and bishop.
