As far as porn is concerned the scene at the end of Skintight (1981) when Paul Thomas' character rapes Maria (Tortuga) and tells her right before he starts, "If I hurt you tell me....I'm not going to stop but tell me anyway." and then he laughs and sticks it to her. Something about that scene was just extra hot.
