I try to not "bump" fading threads, but I just saw this one.
When I fantasize or when I write a rape-themed story; I try to make the experience believable. Sometimes the rape is the goal and sometimes it is an accessory. Sort of a bonus.
Of course that's just my two cents on the issue. And when I "accept" death as a tool or plot device, it's often a "gentle" death; often occuring while the victim is unconscious and not in a position to suffer... unless it's a case of teaching a "bad girl" one final lesson...
