I love Finland! The architecture is terrific, the food is remarkable and the women are extraordinary! The Russians were also impressed with it and the tough Finnish gave an excellent set of reasons to be left the hell alone! Not least of these reasons was a little firearms company named "Sako".
There is a tart little berry that grows in the higher elevations. That berry is made into a light sauce and served over roasted sliced reindeer back-strap. New potatoes with dill round out a most savory delightful meal!
Then, there was that tour guide named Helmi. Talk about a savory delight!
Hell, I'm old and fucked up and just like the Russians, I'm still ready to invade Finland!
