First I would get a round leather strap from like a purse and tie a knot in the middle and then force in her mouth. Tie the strap behind her head. Next get two pieces of rope to tie around each of her tits and the other ends to each side of the gag.
That way as I rode her like a horse, using the leather ends as reins, her tits would be yanked up as I pulled her head back. Make sure I had a mirror in front of her so I could see the action. Slap her ass to make her ride harder.
