I also love the idea of mom+daughter victims, playing on their fears and relationship. making them do things to spare each other pain (obviously that doesn't really work for them). a nice touch is if the father is a witness to all this, in which case the he is reserved the duty of anally deflowering his daughter as brutally as possible, to keep his wife from serious damage.
