The fuckers did that around 2008/9 when the recession hit. Not just chocolate makers either. All of a sudden jars, packets and boxes of all kinds in the grocery stores were smaller and contained less, but cost the same as before. Yet wages were going down, so the greedy manufacturers were making more money than ever IMHO.
