No, once again you show that you completely fail to understand the situation in the north, at least from the nationalist side. One, the IRA no longer exits. At least not in any meaningful form. Two, no one is terrorizing the nationalist population, the situation in Derry stems from a years, if not decades of a feeling of disconnect from the government. It's far easier for the British government to blame the recent violence on a handful of republican dissidents than to actually examine why a city in the UK, 20 years on from good Friday, refuses to accept the rule of law from a British government.
